He has been my primary care Doctor since 2006. Very knowledgeable with his diagnosis and treatment plans.

My wife and I saw Dr. Carls as new patients recently. He was very professional knowledgeable and friendly!

Dr. Carls was thorough and went through every line of my bloodwork. Given my health situation improved dramatically since January this year, the blood work as well as blood pressure and heart rate showed this.

Both testers were on site and on time. The appts were made 6 months ago.

Dr. Carls has been our primary physician for over 25 years. He's direct, professional, thorough has a sense of humor and expects that his patients want to get healthy and will follow his recommendations. The wife and I have annual physicals with Dr. Carls and over the years he identified several major health concerns, treated or recommended behavior changes, and referred us to specialists that treated the concern. A few of these concerns were life threatening and his medical guidance has kept us alive. I have complete confidence in Dr. Carls' medical expertise and I try to follow all of his recommendations and instructions. I believe that my personal health is better today because of his involvement as our primary physician.

The staff is wonderful. I went in to see the doctor right on time. Dr. Carls is very thorough, and explains everything so I can understand it. I would give Dr. Carls and staff 6 stars if I could.

Doctor Carls is a very good GP that has addressed my many health issues over the years. He is encouraging, upbeat and will take the time to listen, which is of utmost importance to me.

I had horrible abdominal pain and had to go to the er. I was there for 10 hours and left with no answers. I then followed up with Dr Carls. I called the office and explained my condition. They got me in that day. After Dr Carls reviewed my er tests, he immediately knew what my issue was. He did in 15 minutes what the hospital could not do in 10 hours. The staff is great, and Dr Carls is wonderful.
