The ONE star is only because stars are required.
I was referred to this doctor by one of my other docs. I never heard from his office, so after several weeks, I called and made an appointment for the following week. I checked my insurance and he is listed as a preferred provider. I got up early for my appointment and drove across town using my $4/gal gas, however when I arrived I was told they are not taking insurance - ANY insurance. I was NOT happy. That the Dr. Office would be so inconsiderate as to wait until I arrived for my appointment to tell me that they were not taking insurance is inexcusable. I will never return to this physician, nor would I recommend anyone to go to this sloppily run office.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Bush. He wrote off my symptoms (which have been documented and issues for years), acted condescendingly, and told me if I looked at myself from a third-person point of view I would see that there are no issues. He completely brushed me off, insisting my issues are not real issues. I have since been to another doctor, who has diagnosed me with a connective tissue disorder and dysautonomia. I would never recommend him.

My wife has had several issues developing since Feb. 2020 and other doctors have bounced her from doctor to doctor like a rubber ball. She has been to Dr. Neeveda Ahmed, a rheumatologist, (don't waste your time and money---useless) and not one has voiced a diagnosis or even an idea of what might be wrong until we went to Dr. Bush. He was very attentive, listened to her concerns and looked over her body where the problems were and began to tell us what he thought was wrong and what he thought would be a plan of treatment to get the issues under control and even dismissed. Today was her first visit and we are impressed with his approach to her problems. We will see.

I really like Dr Bush. He took the time to figure out what my medical “mystery” was (correctly, I might add) after three other doctors had just passed me off to someone else. Yes, his office is difficult to through to, but otherwise, he’s great.

When the office is "busy" the staff pull the phone off the hook. Their fax machine never works and they don't have an email address. I would highly recommend using any other office in the area due to these issues.

Completely unprofessional! Issues with reaching the office for months and once able to finally reach someone the response from the desk clerk was no concern and actually rude. When my wife went to retrieve medical records they barely acknowledged her and Dr. Bush said "he wasn't worried about it"!!! WOW Do not go to this doctor if you want any type of personalized or professional care!

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in December. Since then I have visited Dr. Bush several times. He is helpful, conservative with medicine (which coincides with my feelings), and concerned. I am pleased with my choice of Dr. Bush as my rheumatologist and would definitely recommend his to family and/or friends.

Doctor Bush may be intelligent and know about his field, but his manner of working with his patients is what caused me to look for another Doctor. I had two appointments and on the second one had several important questions on what my next steps should be. He stopped me and said that’s for another time. Basically instead of addressing my questions he was more concerned with making more money off more visits. I don’t appreciate holding information hostage. Look elsewhere for a better doctor.

Dr. Bush has helped me when no one else wanted to take the time to figure out what was going on with my health. I have never had a difficult time scheduling appointments. When I have had an appointment, I do not feel rushed at all. I've been very thankful for him, and would recommend him to anyone.

I LOVE Dr. Bush he is a very humble... very caring ... very knowledgeable Dr. ... my biggest problem with his business is not being able to contact them ... they lines are always busy ...sometimes taking a couple of days to reach them and they randomly just take off or stay late for lunch ... you never know for sure if the will be available...
