Excellent doctor, nice human being
We love Dr Biller! He is very thorough and provides clear and specific instructions that worked. In the event we ever had a question, his office got back to you at a reasonable time. Thank you for your care!

After visits with other pediatric gastroenterologists who either couldn't figure out the problem or were condescending, Dr.Biller was both thorough and gracious. His nurse Kelsey is also the same. He gave me hope for my toddlers abdominal issues and I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful Doctor. Highly recommend!

We have been with Dr Biller for 3 years. He has taken us through diagnosis, treatment, medication adjustments, and numerous procedures. I find that he takes a conservative approach, not jumping in to order invasive tests without weighing risks vs benefits. There have been times where I've had questions about his recommendations and treatment plans. And every time, he has listened to my concerns and we've discussed the treatment plans together. I would absolutely recommend Dr Biller. He gets that treating kids is different from treating teens, and young adults. He has adjusted his style and approach as my son ages, and is really preparing my son for the day he will manage his own treatment.

Always have had a great experience! Very thorough at our first appt and wants us to return periodically to checkup on my daughters progress. Staff is always friendly, scheduling is Easy and I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes to see him.

Dr. Biller is very nice. However, you’ll be lucky to get 7 whole minutes with him. He has these lines he repeats over and over like, I’m all for breastfeeding, BUT...I’ve seen the worst, AND...he said these things to me three times per visit rather than asking about my concerns. The rooms were tiny and it was always chaotic. The nurses and office staff are super friendly. The nutritionist is incredibly incompetent. My baby got worse and I was extremely worried and I couldn’t get him to respond.

Dr. Biller promised us and my daughter he would stick with us till he figured out what was wrong with her. Since nothing showed up on the tests he ran he washed his hands of us. Seems if it isn't text book Dr. Biller won't keep searching. After thousands of dollars paid out to him, he has left us with no where to go and no suggestions and still my daughter is in pain everyday.

Dr. Biller should consider running for political office, instead of "practicing" medicine, as being slippery and dodging questions seems to be his biggest strength. We wasted our precious time trying to get him to help our baby daughter who was having issues with reflux and food intolerances. We didn't really know just how incompetent and indifferent he was until we recently found the right provider. Do not go to Dr. Biller, unless you want to be a number on an assembly line.

I agree with other reviews here. Dr Biller might be fine if you have a straight forward gastro issue but if it is anything out of the ordinary he can not think outside the box. We wasted a year seeing Dr Biller for our daughters gastro issues before we said enough and found an amazing doctor who listened to us and ran the appropriate tests.

Dr. Biller sounds like someone who has memorized a certain story line and keeps regurgitating identical statements over and over again, regardless of the scenario. When asked questions regarding conditions and treatments, he spends more time stating how "he has seen worse" than to actually dive into the "meat" of the condition/treatment. contrary to statements made during visits, he does not forward any info to other providers. He always makes sure that more follow up visits are scheduled.

If your child has a real serious gastro issue, the only thing Dr. Biller wants to do is medicate and not find the root cause. It also seems that your child is a number, not a patient. The guy has his time divided up so much between offices, there is just a feeling that he is trying to get you in and out as soon as possible when you finally do get in. This guy has obviously been around awhile, but it just seems like he really does not care for his patients.
