Doctor bill is a very patient dr. He will spend as much time as you need with him. Because of that that is the only downside to going to his office is the long waits. Ever since the older receptionist is not there I find the staff very nice accommodating

I don't know about Dr Beal as this is the second appointment in a row where I sat for three hours in the office and those who came in an hour after me left an hour later after seeing the doctor. Once again, the rude person at the front desk, after I gave her my name and appointment time when arriving, she never told the nurse who was calling in the patients that I was even there. I made a third appointment when I needed to leave and she asked me when he wanted to see me again and I told her that I never saw him as I waited for three hours and no one except her knew I was there. She never even apologized and why would she as she did this to me on purpose, two visits in a row

After waiting over 2 months for an appointment, they call me the morning of my appointment and tell me that the Doctor has to leave early and they need to reschedule me. Then they proceed to tell me that they won't reschedule me because they don't do new patients in the evening, only existing patients. The girl was curt and rude on the phone. There are plenty of Doctors, go elsewhere. If this is how he treats new patients, I can imagine the level of care and compassion is pretty low. Avoid.
