Dr. Jeffrey Anthony, DO

Please go elsewhere if you are a woman.He was so excellent with my husband and his knee injury that I scheduled to see him for extreme pain I was having in my upper back and neck down my right arm. He was immediately dismissive of me as if I was making it all up. His professional advice to me was, 'Just stop doing whatever you're doing to make it hurt'. I fortunately got in with a different doctor 2 weeks later who performed a very simple strength test which found that my right tricep was actually PARALYZED due to crushed discs in my neck. I was fortunate enough to get in right away and received a spinal surgery C4-5 disc replacement and C5-6 fusion within weeks which helped me regain at least some strength back in that arm. No thanks to Dr. Jeffrey who cost me valuable time in getting the proper care that I needed to save that muscle from permanent damage.

I have been going with Dr. Anthony, on and off, for more than 10 years. Sometimes I have to change doctors due to changes in my insurance network. So far he has been the best out of the 20 or more doctors I have had over a 30 yr span. Their practice specializes in Sports medicine so if I have back issues or rotator cuff injuries they can do the physical therapy at their partner facility. When I go for a yearly check, he will do a very thorough examination, with plenty of time to cover multiple issues. . My previous doctor would have me set several appointments for different issues. So if I had back problems that would have to be be a separte appointment from abdominal pain. He also seems to care about his patients well-being.

Had a great experience. Dr. Anthony is not my regular doctor, but I got an appointment with him. He took his time and listened to what I had to say. It was so nice to wake up without the chronic pain in my foot that I have been battling for over a year. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much.
