They don’t call to remind you of your appointment, then call you and leave a message after you missed it letting you know you missed it and to reschedule. When called they said we can’t leave you a message regarding your appointment, but yet could leave a message letting you know you missed it, not sure how that works but found them to be rude and very unprofessional!
