Went in to review severe lower back pain in S I region. Dr Jacoby went over X-rays and checked movement and decided more images are needed. His thoroughness and intelligence give me the confidence to move forward with his care.

I had my three month surgery follow up with Dr. Jacoby today. I saw him and not his PA. I will say his PA is amazing as well! While in the hospital (I did spend three nights), Dr. Jacoby checked on me early each morning even on the holiday of July 4. I don’t think I know another doctor that would do that? He took great care and concern with my comfort and well-being. My laminectomy done by Dr. Jacoby was a success and I have no more back or leg pain since my surgery. I’m so happy to have such a great doctor and highly recommend him.

I had not been able to stand up without terrible pain for 7 months. Had to walk bent over 80-90 degrees. Dr. Jacoby performed an XLIF two days ago….I am up walking upright with almost NO pain. My wife is amazed, as am I. I plan to begin walking and exercising program to get back in shape. This has been a life-changing surgery. You probably won’t be able to get an appointment tomorrow with Dr, Jacoby, but he is definitely worth the wait. And his PA Ret Taylor, PA-C is also outstanding.

I am literally JUST leaving my first appointment with Dr Jacoby and for once in the past 8 years I have HOPE. He was concise, treated me more than fairly and has a plan to take action on my L3L4 disc. He was realistic, and respectful of my time and let me explain my past attempts at numerous doctors and all their failures, so he can get a better idea of what I have been through. I have confidence in my future surgery to give me a large percentage of my life back. I will happily re- review afterwards. But so far I am completely satisfied and comfortable with his competence and his demeanor and attention - they are remarkable. Highly recommended Dt Jacoby.
