I went to the emergency room on June 4, 2017 and Dr. Baker was my physician. I had extreme pain that I was screaming at the top of my lungs because that is the only control that I had at the time. Dr. Baker was very slow to getting to me and very unconcerned with my pain. I received the transcript of that night later on and the nurse kept hounding Dr. Baker to give me Pain medication but he did not. Eventually, he told me he was discharging me and I asked about pain medication to go home and he said no, take ibuprofen. That I should just see my doctor on Monday. My husband actually called a different hospital and made arrangements for me to be picked up by ambulance. Within one hour of arriving at Crescent city, I was in surgery. Part of my small intestines had ripped. If I had done as Dr. Baker had suggested and went home waiting to call my doctor on Monday, I would be dead. I strongly urge anyone not to use this doctor.
