Worst Doctor Appointment Ever
When I moved to Madison, TOC was recommended by several people to treat the terrible problems l have had for 25 years with my feet. Dr. Sabatini was the first doctor l saw. The wait time to see him was excessive. After X-rays were taken, Dr. Sabatini came into the room. He barely glanced at my feet and didn’t touch them. I explained why I needed a podiatrist, but he did not seem interested. He told me I might need to go to Birmingham to be treated. When I asked him when I should go back to him, he replied that I should go when I needed to. I never went back.I was used to a hands on podiatrist who would treat the many problems I have in my feet due to Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. Dr. Sabatini is not that doctor!

What stood out the most during my visits is how fast and quick Dr Sabatini is in and out of the room. I never have enough time to discuss my health concerns because he is always in and out in 5 mins or less and talking very fast. I honestly feel like Dr Sabatini does NOT care about my health because he has literally told me i need to speed up my progress at physical therapy so i can return to work as fast as possible. I would love to switch doctors because of this. I had surgery a few months ago and ever since my surgery everything has been down hill.

Actually listens
I do not have much experience with medical visits outside of visiting elderly relatives in a hospital. I was very surprised when Dr. Sabatini AND his assistant made eye contact, weren't hurried or irritated, and seemed to actually care about my issue and ways to fix it. I am grateful for the prompt care I received.
