Wonderful doctor
Dr. Chung listens to my concerns and is very supportive. He offers excellent advice and suggests non-medicinal approaches where appropriate to help relieve pain. He understands patients have long term concerns about dealing with chronic disease and having to be on medication with some undesirable side effects. He is nonjudgmental. I am very happy with Dr. Chung. The office staff is wonderful also. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jeff Chung is exactly my type of specialist. He is very pleasant, understands the body holistically and was positive about my approach treating my condition naturally with mostly vitamins and minerals as my body doesn't react well to anti-inflammatory medication. He provided great advice. I highly recommend Dr. Chung

I saw Dr. Chung a short time ago for an evaluation. He was very thorough in his approach and I had ample time to go over my medical history with him. He was knowledgeable in his particular discipline and answered all my questions in a satisfactory way. I would recommend him to anyone needing his expertise with a rheumatological issue.

Dr. Chung is very pleasant and listens to all of my questions, even if they are not totally related to my condition. He's a good diagnostician and he explains very thoroughly all his instructions regarding meds, exercises, etc. He offers suggestions for activities to try. I have been seeing Dr. Chung for the past 3 years and I am very happy with him.

This doctor, as a professional and as a human-being, should be awarded for being one of the most compassionate and understanding person my mother had the honor to have been seen. Everyone and everything said and mentioned about this doctor is absolutely correct and factual, especially about how wonderful he is as a person and as a doctor. My mother has already recommended Dr. Chung to everyone she knows, especially the entire Senior Citizens Members of Bergen County, New Jersey.

Dr. Chung is superb. He listens to me and takes my issues seriously. I never felt dismissed by him. The only difficultly I have is getting insurance issues resolved, which can be an absolute nightmare. He is such a popular and superb doctor, that patient care takes top priority. I travel about one hour to get to him because I have utmost trust in his medical ability and his opinion.

This office ignores their patients. If you call about a problem they do not call you back.There is no sense of urgency in this practice. When you call a doctor first thing in the morning with a real problem with the drugs they put you on and here it is 3 days later and many calls to the office later and they still haven't called you back to speak to you...THAT IS A RED FLAG!!! Stay away.

Dr. Chung is the best doctor I've ever had. He's kind, patient, thorough and genuinely cares for his patients. He'll take the time to answer your questions in detail and also asks a lot of questions to make sure you're taking good care of yourself. I've been seeing him for about two years and have never once felt rushed. I know I'm in good hands and will continue to see Dr. Chung for as long as I can.
