I have been seeing Dr. Steppel-Reznick for 3 years for my Type 2 diabetes. She is pleasant, attentive, supportive and she explains things well and thoroughly. I experience her as committed to my success and well-being. She is very smart and experienced in diabetic treatment and is responsive to my specific issues. I strongly recommend her to others.

I have worked with Dr Steppel-Reznik for a little over a year. I find her extremely difficult to work with. It is very difficult to get an appointment with her. She seems to have a 'program of treatment' for a given problem, and does not vary from that plan even if you are having adverse effects to the treatment plan. She does not communicate well and does not listen when you voice issues or concerns. I feel much worse now than when I started working with her.

Dr. Steppel-Reznick does not listen well and truly does not care about her patients. I've worked with her for the better part of a year and it's been a total waste of time.
