Have been her patient almost 20 years. She was recommended by my cardiologist whose mother she also treated. She is fantastic, caring, thorough and really cares about her patients. Highly recommend her.

Have seen her for 25-30 years. From childhood to adult hood, she’s always been the best physician I’ve seen. Even when I was young and too shy to accurately explain symptoms, she figured things out. At least twice she’s discovered diagnoses other physicians failed to — including specialists when I had to come BACK to her to diagnose my gallbladder disease at age 14, after specialists did not order the right tests. Dr Jeanne always reminded me of a female Dr House, without the bad bedside manner or drug addiction, ha. If you’re having an issue, she will not stop until she diagnoses and treats it. You won’t find a better clinician anywhere!

She sat watching me die of heart failure for two years without treatment. Wait to see her is unreasonably long - more than an hour to an hour and a half.

Disappointed that as an existing patient I have to wait over a week to be seen after making a request to get back on anti-depressants. I would think depression would be taken more seriously. It's hard enough to ask for help. But then to be treated as if it is an insignificant health condition makes me feel even more despondent. If I felt well enough to wait any amount of time I would not have called seeking medication. Time to find a Dr who cares.
