Dr. Stokes was an amazing surgeon. Prior to surgery, he came in and explained everything that would happen from start to finish… In terms I could understand! He made me feel very calm and at ease prior to surgery (which was tough to do in the moment). Surgery was efficient and quick and went so smoothly. When I went back to my post-op appointment he was again so kind and down to earth! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stokes for any type of surgery needs.

Dr Stokes is great. Quickly diagnosed a painful hernia, repaired it cleanly and followed up to ensure all was well. His manner is excellent, easy to talk to and joke with. His staff is very responsive and helpful.

Dr. Stokes performed emergency surgery on me for small bowell obstruction on 7/6/16. The work was perfect, and my recovery couldn't be going any better. He's very personable, and despite the seriousness of my condition demonstrated a sense of humor that very much put me at ease. I feel fortunate that he was assigned to my case, and should I ever need elective surgery I would go to no one else.
