Turned Away from office
I called this morning for itching and sick for a week knowing someone has to be covering Dr Parkes patients while on maternity leave but was told NO. What ?? Go to Urgent Care. Ok so I have 12 heart stents and a immune system disease but no one in my Drs office is covering for her? Nope go to urgent care....hangs up!! WTH this is poor patient responsibility on the front desk part and I will take this further. I know Dr Parker is a great Dr who cares and would never allow this ! She had a baby for God sake but you mean to tell me not 1 of the other Dr can cover her back ! She needs her own office. I don't think I ever want to go back there. Congratulations on your baby but you staff let you down big time

The best
Dr Parker has been seeing me since I moved here. I always have a great experience. She is knowledgeable, spends time with me and explains everything thoroughly. I have never been rushed at her office. Staff there is great as well. Dr Parker and her assistant Tai are both professional and compassionate.

Incompetent
Jayme Parker is incompetent. She gave me multiple pieces of wrong medical advice. She is also very condescending and rude. Avoid at all costs.
