I've known Dr Patel for over 20 years. He is professional, knowledgeable and one of the best doctors in South Jersey. I get a thorough examination. I can ask lots of questions regarding my health without feeling embarrassed. After making a full assessment of my health Dr. Patel let me know how he would like to proceed to get me back on track for a better health. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel as your primary doctor You will not regret it.

Amazing doctor. He listens to you. Limited office hours forced me to look for another provider. That never happened because they never sent my records. Tried to be seen back at the office and was told Dr. Patel will not take you back once you leave. I was a patient there for over 30 years and they refused to see me even though I never left. Was also told in order to stay active i must be seen every 6 months. Truly disappointing. Staff extremely uncooperative and cold.

Dr. Patel takes his time with you and he really cares about your over all health and well-being. He is very smart and knowledgeable about his craft.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding Doctor. We are very happy that we have access to him when we need without waiting for an appointment. In most cases he is able to diagnose our problem during our visit. His bedside manners are excellent. We trust him and strongly recommend him to others.

Very patience, listens to patient

This doctor has been taken care of my family and I for over 20 years he's one of the most sincere and genuine family doctor that I have ever met and the staff is welcoming and friendly speaking about the other comments everyone has a bad day.

As an office Manager of 30 years and Office Consultant in the health and dental industries, I am always floored when a great Doctor gets bad marks for poorly trained or less than accommodating employees. IF a patient calls you can CHOOSE to be pleasant. This unfortunately is lost on the staff members in this office. Dr Patel and His wife are very sweet but there are some ladies who choose to be gruff and rude making this office a very "hard pill to swallow". Let's face it Dr Patel, GOOD staff is hard to find but rude staff is a dime a dozen and your patients deserve better. Wish I didn't have to leave this here to get the word to you that so many of your patients share.

Worst doctor around! Please do not go to him. He will treat you like trash and disregard any issues you have as does his wife who is the receptionist! He also likes to push all types of medications on you without thinking twice. I have no idea how he still has a practice and this is coming from someone who was his patient for ten years. He is a dangerous doctor and needs to loose his license!

Really good diagnostician. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Cash price was inexpensive and fair. Dr Patel works at finding the best discounts on the meds and where to go for the cheapest prices. Have to get him into United Healthcare for Medicare plan.

Dr. Patel is and always was a great doctor! He will return your calls and answer any questions I have.

He sent me to collections even though my Medicaid insurance should have paid for everything. He treated me as a member of hospital staff, not a private practice.

Called Doctor's office today. Staff was super rude. When I tried to complain, I was approached by one of the staff when I entered. She was extremely rude, and after years of going to this office, I will not be returning.

Staff STINKS! Complained about how I was treated, when calling to have a prescription refilled and lady literally screamed at me! DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE!

Terrible staff. Very rude and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and frustration and do NOT go here!

Dr. Patel is a thoughtful,patient and precise. He listens to your concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. My mother, sister and I have made him the family doctor.

Dr Patel is one of the BEST doctors I've ever dealt with. He's very patient, is up on all the new meds and procedures. My problem is his staff. They are not the most pleasant people and won't help when need be. I've been refused my diabetic medication when I don't have enough left, and I have to wait until my bloodwork is performed. I've asked to speak to Dr Patel directly, and I've been refused many times. Dr Patel is one of the best doctors. His staff is not.

Dr. Patel explains things to me. He is up-to-date with new ways to help with medical problems. Dr. Patel also knows the best doctors/hospitals for referral. He never rushes and answers questions. He is a caring man and a first class doctor. *I wrote this before I took the survey.
