Dr. Jayaprada Potla, MD

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Potla. I would recommend anyone who’s searching for a Physician to go to Dr. Potla she is a Great Doctor, who makes you feel comfortable, confident, and carefree to share whatever your medical concerns are. Dr Potla is not a doctor who believe to make money but she is real human and better life guard .

Unprofessional staff . Pathetic customer services. Don't care about the patients. I recieved call from the office after 1 year of my visit saying I have some amount due. I requested them to send me the bill and I will pay. The person on the phone mentioned they sent the bill 10months ago (which I never recieved) and they cannot resend the bill. And if I don't pay the account will go to collections. I paid the amount due but never recieved the bill for it. The only thing they provided after hours of arguing is a remittance note from the insurance. Never ever going to this place. DONT RECOMMEND it to anyone

Horrible from start to end. They told me they won’t address of my health concerns and will just be covering my annual physical. On top of that, they did not do my B12 and vit D tests, assuming they will not be covered by my insurance. The front lady is the rudest person I have come across in my life. She talks so fast in a condescending manner. They did everything so fast as if they just wanted to be done with everything. Pathetic! The doctor seems to know her job but her only objective seems to be making money. I was told I would be getting a recommendation for an Ob-gyn which I never got. They never told me the prerequisites for the urine test and did not do it, saying it comes back normal for most people anyhow. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I wish there was a place where I can report this office for their behavior and attitude.

Pathetic service! Was supposed to get a call for reference to surgeon. Never got a call. When I called they gave some random number and name of surgeon which was not correct. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff is just so rude and doesn’t even have basic manners to behave with patients. BAD! BAD! BAD! Have to give one star to submit, they don’t deserve any, trust me .

I would recommend anyone who’s searching for a Physician to go to Dr. Potla she is a Great Doctor, who makes you feel comfortable, confident, and carefree to share whatever your medical concerns are. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant with every staff member being compassionate and friendly. You never have to wonder about results (good or bad) because you will receive a call from Safara with updates.??

We've been to Dr. Potla for urgent care for my daughter as well as myself. She devotes appropriate time to the patients and listens. She answers all questions, and she also called us to know the condition of my daughter if she was improving.
