Very kind
I went in for a very delicate matter and i appreciated that Dr.Jay was very kind to me, he listened and was considerate when I mentioned that I was a little embarrassed. I really appreciated that he communicated well and assured me that I was going to be “ok”.That meant a lot to me

Urgent Care
Dr Sanvictores was very down to earth. He looked thru my chart and understood my history. He listened to what I had to say. Did the appropriate treatment. Cindy who was assisting that day was very kind and thorough.

Grateful to such a great D.R.
I came in with the Flu I was in so much pain from a throbbing headache for 2 days. Dr. Jay just knew from the start quickly got me taken care of. I didn’t have to beg or plead with him of such pain I was in. Within 20 mins he treated me with meds and the pain subsided. If Dr. Jay would have acted fast I’m not sure if I would’ve driven myself home safely. He saved my life.

Good with my 2 year old and good recommendations
This was my first time seeing Dr. Jay. He introduced himself and did a thorough exam and history. I felt confident with his diagnosis and recommendations. I was glad he didn’t jump to antibiotics as a way of getting us to not come back :) good bedside manners.
