Total Nightmare! Beware
I had a face and neck lift in February 2022, so I’m a year and 4 months post op. A lot of things went wrong. For some reason Dr. Lucas, instead of butting the incisions at the hair line like he told me he would, he came out from just above the ear and went over to the corner of my eyes with the incisions. This GAVE ME CROWSFEET and B.tox, filler or corrective surgery won’t correct. So, I have crowfeet I did not have before and visible incisions lines on my face for life The incision on the left side caused an interruption in blood flow, this caused a large patch of skin to be damages, now I have a Big red patch on my check. Dr. Lucas offered me three micro needling treatments, there was some improvement after each treatment. I managed to get two more out of him and he had no interest in helping me anymore, so I decided to have the treatment at my dermatologist office. I have had a total of 10 treatments and will need a lot more. I’m worried it will never be totally healed.

Lucas Nightmare Sugeron! BEWARE!!
Several consultations with all procedures agreed on. After surgery scares got infected. Allergic reaction to antibiotics. All areas not covered during surgery Dr Lucas would say well we will fix them with fillers. I saved for several years to have my surgery so I would not have to have fillers. I haven’t even reached a year (6/2022) and the skin is already sagging. BEWARE of what he says he will do. He will take your money through!! I can not express how deeply stressful this has been for me. Pictures before my surgery look better than pictures today. It has taken me a great amount of thought to write this review. People need to know.

I have known Dr. Lucas for a number of years as my son receives treatment for cleft lip. I interviewed several physicians both in Knoxville and at Vanderbilt before placing my trust in Dr. Lucas. I have never been disappointed in the decision. He understands the need for both functionality and aesthetics. Dr. Lucas, Jackie, and his entire staff strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and making my family feel like a part of their family. I would encourage anyone in need of services of a highly qualified and skilled plastic surgeon to reach out to The Lucas Center.

Breast lift that was also to include reduction. He is a good surgeon and my breasts are lifted, but the reduction was not what we had discussed and I thought he understood. I was a C/D before surgery and am still the same size. I will be having a second surgery with another doctor to get to the small B that Lucas told me I would be post surgery. I am very slender and small framed and very physically active and my current breast size is uncomfortable all time. When I discussed my unhappiness with the results Lucas was very annoyed and pissed and still not listening to me. He offered to do revisions without charging another fee, but the revisions he proposed were nothing like what the second doctor said I need to be more comfortable and reduce my all-over breast size. If you choose Dr. Lucas make sure he listens to what you want and remind him repeatedly, especially just before you go into surgery. I wish I had chosen another doctor.

Run away as fast as you can! I have had three surgeries for a breast augmentation with this guy. The first time I contracted MRSA (which he kept telling me I didn't have an infection), took antibiotics for six weeks, had a revision bc of the infection (2nd surgery) and then another surgery to fix the supposed lift he did that did not hold. Finally a year and a half later (and about $12,000 later) the lift still isn't holding on one side so I am left with breasts that look like a chop shop!

Wish I could leave a negative rating. I have a medical condition that requires 2 different procedures. I verified with Medicare & Medicare Supplemetal that the procedures were covered before making an appt. Since I have a Neurologist & Internist with yrs of documentation proving the need of the procedures they would be paid. Dr. Lucas refused to see me after I spent over an hr doing paperwork stating he didn't want to take a chance of not getting paid. They verified nothing. Atrocious Work Ethic

Dr. Lucas botched the surgery for my nose last year. I feel he doesn't listen to what is in the best interest of his patients. After a breast reduction for medical reasons he appeared sleepy in post op. I used all the expensive scar cream bottles sold at his office. He cut too far up my cleavage and made my breast look horrible. However he has caused me extreme non-stop pain for what was suppose to be a simple nose correction. He won't own his mistake of dropping my cartilage nor reimburse me.
