Dr. Jay Lasser, MD

I had one visit with Dr. Lasser. He does not accept insurance; full payment must be made at the time of the visit. He told me he would send me the paperwork I needed to submit for insurance reimbursement in the beginning of the following month. He did not send the paperwork. I called to schedule another appointment; he did not reply. It took close to three months, and multiple phone calls for him to send the paperwork. He did not reply to any of my phone calls. If you don't mind paying a large sum of money, and then having to chase an unresponsive practitioner for a prolonged period of time to get the paperwork promised months before, then maybe he's ok for you.
