The reason why Dr. Goland gets minus a star is because of how long it takes to get to see him. The earliest appointment I could get was a month and a half from the phone call. The staff in Anaheim was nice, fine and professional. I showed up 10 minutes early which gave enough time to fill paperwork. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and less than 5 inside and I had a thorough look-over. All my concerns were addressed. I did not feel rushed. The doctor seems caring and very experienced.

Dr. Goland is a very knowledgeable and caring ENT. He did a thyroidectomy over a year ago on my mom and has continued her care to this day. Dr. Goland is a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician who takes the time to listen to his patients and provide excellent care. My mom and I would highly recommend Dr. Goland to anyone looking for a ENT.

Dr. Jay Goland spent a lot of time with my mother and I during her visit with him and answered all of our questions clearly and completely. He did a very thorough exam on my mother and explained everything he was doing and why. This was the second time we saw him and the first time was also an excellent experience with him. He is a very good and kind doctor and I would definitely recommend him.
