Dr. Jay Draeger, MD

Dr. Draeger has been my doctor for over 20 years. When I listen to stories about other people’s doctor’s offices and what they go through to get certain tests ordered, I am eternally grateful I am with Dr. Draeger. Isabelle is Dr. Draeger’s PA, again she goes above and beyond at every appointment. Nona the medical assistant who is so real and good at what she does to Sindy and Genie who know who you are when you call. No matter how busy they make time for me. At the end of the day I’m not left wondering if they did what i needed done. I either have been made an appointment that fits my schedule, or I have the refill or prescription I called about that day. Every time I think about Dr. Draeger’s office I feel blessed. I also think I am smart for knowing who is the best. Sheri Foreman

trying to get setup as a new patient, staff is rude out of the gate. Office is listed as a primary care physician for Cigna, but don't seem to actually be primary care if they pick and choose what they want to see you for.

I have only been a patient of Dr. Draeger's for six months and have been to his office for appointments at least four times, but have yet to meet him. I am always pushed to his physician's assistant. Don't get me wrong, his PA is nice, but I have multiple sclerosis and REQUIRE a better (i.e., existent) relationship with my primary care physician. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Easy to end. I met his PA in early Jan. when my new health insurance became effective. I felt Isabel Orellana, PA is a cold person. A month later I met with Dr D. I told him that I did not want to deal with his PA in the future. He said "It doesn't work that way. We alternate". As my appointment time with him continued, I felt very uneasy with him and by the end of our 'visit', I knew that I would be quitting his practice. At my 'physical exam' questions were not answered respectfully.
