Dr Valero is very kind even though he is very busy he doesnt make you feel like he is in a rush he listens to my concerns and messages me back on mychart. Happy that he is my child doctor. Hopefully he never retires.

Dr. Valero did an incredible job treating my daughter's neurological problem. He counseled us in how to prevent her symptoms and no medication was needed. She is doing great!. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a good neurologist.

I was very impressed how he handled my daughter and was able to diagnose her using "unusual" tools for a doctor. He brought in a doctor bag full of "toys". A puppet, balls, and other kid things. He was amazing and had great patients with my child. He wanted to make sure he had answered all my questions before he left the room while still putting me at ease with everything.

Nothing like trying to diagnose a problem with your child...DR. VALERO has a tendency to talk down to the parents rather then talking to them. Doesn't likes to be questioned too much. His time is too sparse. We got to see him once or twice with each visit lasting 5 to 10 mins with nothing but being told... Let's try this medicine. If a doctor can't relate and talk to the family rather than talking down to them... Well it's the reason we switched Dr's.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Valero will try and do every means necessary to take care of his patients. Truly a caring doctor. I am not even from Nashville Tn; yet, the trip to make sure my son is getting the best care is definitely worth the 2 hour drive. We love Dr, Valero and you will too. I recommend Dr. Valero to everyone!
