Javier Baez is the worst ER doctor I have met in my life. He was extremely rude to me. I do not recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely arrogant, did not care about helping me just wanted to get me out as soon as possible. First didn’t want to come to tell me what was wrong, he sent the nurse. I begged the nurse to speak with him since I was in bad pain, Took him about an hour to final come to my bed but with a nice attitude. He even just walked out, when he disagreed with my opinion. He needs to go back to school for etiquette on treating patients whether his opinion and the patients is different. It’s sad to see this generation of doctors who go by “meeting criteria”. if I would have let his opinion convince me while me body was telling me something was wrong. I could have been in a grave situation. I literally left his hospital went to another one close by and found out I had a hemorrhagic cyst which needed to be removed. Hence the intolerable pain I was in. For the sake of humanity try using your gut instincts like the older doctors and not check lists on paper. Wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE!!!

The most disgusting visit I have had at the Memorial West ER. This doctor started off extremely rude. he basically shrugged and told me there was nothing he could do. Very unprofessional. I was speechless. He eventually gave some pretty sound advice towards the end, before we were discharged. However, I expected his attitude to be way different. Honestly, the entire ER at Memorial West has changed for the worst. This hospital used to be my preference of choice, not anymore.

We were in Florida visiting from Puerto Rico and had to visit an ER. Dr. Baez was there and thank God he was! He listens closely to what you say and orders the tests that will identify your ailment without beating around the bush. He explains the findings with you, then prescribes an appropriate and effective treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Baez. He is a sharp and knowledgeable medical professional. A Great person and a Great MD!!! Thanks to Dr. Baez and the Staff at Memorial Hsp Miramar.
