Dr. Jatinder Narula, MD

Dr. Narula is a highly knowledgeable and highly caring doctor. He asks great questions, and listens carefully to the answers. He made me feel as if I were his only patient for the entire day. It is not so easy these days to find an old-school doctor. Dr. Narula is terrific.

Dr. Narula is a great doctor. I personally appreciated him explaining each step during my procedure & making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. If you want a good pain management specialist, I say go see Dr. Narula.

Dr. Narula is a wonderful and empathetic pain management doctor. I have been working with Dr. Narula to manage my pain for several years. He always makes a point of asking about my family and checks in with me on a personal level. Dr. Narula takes the time to listen to me and examine me to determine the best course of action for my pain management. He is always willing to discuss new and alternative treatments with me. Dr. Narula genuinely cares for his patients and wants to help with managing pain.

I've had numerous appointments with Dr. Narula over the years for back and leg issues. he always is extremely courteous and friendly and provides very good service. he has a comforting demeanor as well and that is valuable when the issue being discussed is physical discomfort. he does not seem rushed (even though the practice is always very busy) and I am always able to ask the questions I have and he gives thoughtful answers.

Dr. Narula is skilled at pain relieving procedures that affect the spine but he lacks empathy when it comes to administrative duties such as completing and signing forms that would ensure I remain employed. FMLA forms are very simple and valuable for employment protection. Employer forms are necessary for appropriate rehab. Because he refused to complete my forms after several reminders, I couldn't go to PT and my employer did not grant my movement and weight restrictions. We are not all rich because we visit a clinic in Bethesda. Dr. Narula: Your office staff is not helpful, even the office manager, Linda didn't take my call to help resolve this unfortunate problem. Quality is down. No more referrals to this clinic from me.

Excellent experiences every time I have a procedure. Very qualified, kind, and professional. I would never go anywhere else. He is the the physician you want in your life when bone pain becomes overwhelming.

I’ve had chronic hip and lower back pain for 4 years. I saw Dr. Narula for my lower back/sacroiliac issues. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and he made me feel very comfortable regarding my treatment. Dr Narula explained everything to me, step by step, he took his time and ensured I did not experience ANY pain during the sacroiliac joint procedure. I can’t praise Dr Narula and his team enough for what they did for me. I recommend Dr. Narula and his team 100%!

Dr. Narula gives amazing care. He was spot on with my diagnosis and the ablation treatment worked great. I hope I never need to see him again [because that would mean I'm cured:)], but with a chronic condition, I just hope he never leaves this area! I've referred 3 people to him already.
