He is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained my issue and the results of my tests in a relatable way.

I had a steroid injection in my lower back about a year ago at a different pain management practice. When injected I was in excruciating pain from the shot itself. Had me in tears it was so painful. I had tons of anxiety that Dr. Williams would replicate that experience. Dr. Williams has excellent bedside manners. He listens to the patient and makes one feel at ease. He also communicates with you every step of the process. Once the numbing ointment was applied he began inserting the needle. All I felt was a mild pinch. Piece of cake. He began inserting the needle deeper and deeper. Barely felt the pressure. During all this time he’s asking me if I’m ok and assuring me that I’m doing good. When the procedure was finished I was in shock that my experience was so pleasant! I will also add that the all the staff are super friendly and courteous. I will never have anxiety about this procedure as long as Dr. Williams performs it. I highly recommend this doctor if you need pain management.

He takes the time to find out your concerns and listens to you. He not only helps but tries to find the root problem. In an earlier visit he found that my hip pain was due to a possible larger problem and referred me to an Oncologist. I was so happy he did.

I have never encountered a licensed medical provider as unprofessional, defensive and quick to anger as Dr. Jason Williams. My brother and I accompanied our 95-year-old, legally blind, hard-of-hearing, wheelchair-bound mother into a consultation room after completion of a procedure on her by Williams. Williams would not answer our routine question about post-procedure side effects so that our mother would hear and understand what she might expect. Instead, after we asked Williams a few times what our mom might expect post-procedure, he became very angry, aggressive and threatening. Williams' angry outburst was shocking and unsettling and certainly not something one would expect (or should ever have) with a licensed medical provider.

Dr. Williams gives his patients equal time.Listen to the proiblems and gthen gives his recommendedations.If he tells you no.and you want to know why he will explain and he always follows up the the patients.

Offered steroids for pain when I requested something. May be less rushed at follow up.

A no-nonsense physician who cares about the welfare of his patients. Explains your diagnosis (what's creating your problem) and prognosis (what needs to be done to hopefully alleviate your condition) in a thorough and understandable way with minimal medical jargon. My impression of him is that he is capable, knowledgeable and helpful. He has been treating me for the debilitating pain in my hip attributable to a pinched nerve in my spine. I may ultimately require back surgery, but Dr. Wiliiams is attempting all possible non-surgical procedures to allow me to avoid surgery and consulting/communicating with my other specialists (neurologist, hip surgeon, spine surgeons) . You will be in very capable hands with Dr. Williams. He will answer your questions and concerns and does not make you feel as though he is rushing off to see his next patient. Stellar physician!

I have to agree with two that was not happy with Dr.Williams. I was told that I had to stop my blood thinners in order to have a shot in back for the pain. Then I was told if I contact my cardiologist and have him send the heparin to the surgery center he would do it even though it would be a pain. Instead I get a Rx for me to give shots in my stomach. This is not what he explain. So I here I am still taking OTC meds for the pain and back where I started. No help. Very frustrating!

Great doctor. Was very understanding and caring for the pain I had. Would see him again if needed.
