Dr. Welch is the rudest doctor I have ever seen. He has no bedside manner and is very crasp. If someone is having a mental health crisis, asking them how they would harm themselves is not the right way to administer care. His actions and offer of a prescription exacerbated the situation. His license should be revoked!
