He is very knowledgeable, excellent, and an overall good person. His staff is just them same. Every visit I had they answered all my questions and relieved my concerns and worries throughout the entire ordeal. I've recommended everyone I could to them.

Great. Patient from California . I would like to send him pictures of my daughter and her scoliosis. She was not his patient, I was but he helped me make decisions about her care. She is a standout for 62 degree curve of spine. She is an inspiration for scoliosis. I would love to send Dr. Smith pictures of her recovery. My name is Patricia Van Horn and my daughter is Ashley. By the way my neck fusion was the best decision I made and Dr. Smith was the best.

I found Dr. Smith to be very unprofessional. Between the fact that it took me a month to get an appointment with him. And with over two hour wait times in his waiting room. His patronizing attitude about the pain I was going through was unacceptable. I never received a diagnosis yet he charged my Insurance well over $2000 for one visit. Something should be done about doctors like him. He is The perfect example of why health care cost so much. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

I saw Dr. Smith in California shortly before he moved to Arkansas. My condition is very difficult to diagnose. At best, most physicians I have spoken with in the past tell me they can't help because they have never before seen my unusual set of symptoms. Dr. Smith listened carefully and compassionately. Although I didn't need his particular specialty, he gave me thoughtful and insightful advice that has really helped me think about what I should do next. I am continuing to follow his advice.

Dr Smith helped me with L5S1 surgery and also cervical fusion a year apart of each surgery in Califirnia. He was so wonderful. Truly an amazing surgeon and Doctor. I am after 4 years of my cervical fusion in need of further treatment and thinking seriously if flying to see him! He is the best if the best! Cathy F

I was a patient of Dr. Smith's in CA and had 2 cervical surgeries. Not only does he have a sincere and caring bedside manner, but his PATIENTS come FIRST! He doesn't allow others to bully him...if you need a procedure he'll help FIGHT for authorization! Sadly, I'm in need of another fusion and once you've had the best, it's hard to find one. I wish I could fly back, if for nothing else, his opinion,. Trust him, you'll be glad you DID
