I really can't say enough about Dr. Reina and his staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I first met Dr. Reina in the hospital when I had to been admitted because of stomach pain. He saw me quickly and was very personable. I also saw his Nurse Practitioner while I was there and she was great as well! They made a difficult situation, I had never been in the hospital before, better by being so compassionate and knowledgeable.

Wonderful doctor. Caring and goes the extra mile. Always professional and works diligently to help my family. Negative reviews must be from unhappy people in general because everyone I know loves him and is highly respected among the community.

My husband went to Dr Reina for symptoms he had been having for quite some time. An EGD (upper scope) was the best option. During the procedure, Dr. Reina found 2 large ulcers. It was a quick fix with a new medication! My hubby has been symptom free ever since. Dr Reina and his staff were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for your GI needs!

I have to have a second colonoscopy because Dr. Reina failed to examine the upper small intestine. I had to ask if he was going to give me medication to help my problem and he gave me an ineffective medication. He basically shrugged and said it would just resolve on its own. Now, 6 weeks later I am still having the same issue and am now seeing a competent, thorough doctor. Dr. Reina's staff is rude, Dr. Reina himself does not take his time to explain anything or listen. Go elsewhere of you can!

I feel like Dr. Reina and his staff are overwhelmed with the volume of patients they have to see. Though Dr Reina and his nurse are kind and do what needs to be done, it seems like they don't have time to really answer important questions or explain some vital information. Good thing for the internet I guess. Seeing a gastroenterologist makes you feel like cattle. Seems like it's all about the quantity of patients they see and the quality isn't so great. Dr Reina is better than others though.

Had an issue with the office manager and other staff being rude and giving misinformation and flat out lying. Doctor Reina refused to talk to me about the behavior or his office manager as he “refuses to get involved with billing issues”. I’m sorry but if the doctor is the only person the manager reports to they should be willing to talk to the patient. Very unprofessional doctors office.
