incompetent rude and unqualified, failed standard of care, no treatment just violated the ADA and hippa if you want to go to ER to be misdiagnosed and not treated this horrible man is your guy. Report him to the AMA and the federal level he needs to lose his license and go back to GA where he came from and get a better education and attitude needs a few malpractice wrongful death as well and shame on cottage for hiring this disaster

We love Dr P! He fixed my toddler’s broken arm. He let us know what to expect and my kiddo even gave him a hug afterwards. What a caring man. Cottage is lucky to have him. 5 stars

Clearly this man is not in the business of helping seniors. His cocky attitude would be more suited for a career in professional sports of some kind. This Dr does not share any useful information regarding disease, illness, or health in general. Do yourself a favor and wait to see a Dr. who will share their knowledge of your illness, and with something useful to say. Sad to see this type of individual practicing medicine in any capacity. His lack of professionalism leaves you regretting any time wasted in his presence. To many good doctors out there who actually care to waste any of your precious time with this one. It is unfortunate to see a Dr in an ER without any consideration for what people are going through. Life is tough enough without people of this awful nature in such an important role in the community:( Don’t take a chance, this is your life we are talking about.

We’ve had to see Dr. P twice now at SB Cottage ER. 1st time was for my then 2 y.o. son who had a cut on his head. Doc & staff at Cottage were incredibly sweet & kind with him & me & did their best to get us in & out as quickly as possible, while also providing excellent care and explaining everything we needed to know. Next review is for me; I broke my hand & had a big gash on my chin. Again staff & Dr. P did a great job seeing me as quickly as possible and we’re so attentive, kind & thorough.

Broken hand in Santa Barbara , CA – Jul 20, 2018

I would never recommend Dr. Prystowsky to anyone needing care. My 93 year old mother died 10 days after going to the cottage emergency room and being rejected addmitance by Dr. Prystowsky to cottage hospital. She had taken a bad fall, was very afraid and hurting , she was labeled as having dementia and put into a wheel chair and sent home. She died October 1st 2017
