Dr. Jason Pollock, MD

Here is a doctor that is so good at what he does, and is also so good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed, as does his nurse. I have 100% faith in anything he tells me, and he takes the time to explain everything to you. He is that rare combination of an excellent doctor, and a compassionate one, that will make you feel completely comfortable.

He listened to my concerns and took them very seriously. He was personable and it was so nice to go in and he knew everything that was going on with me!

Dr. Pollock himself is great, as are the nurses and the reception staff. Where things start getting less than good is if you have to schedule a surgery. The woman in charge of coordinating surgeries is extremely scatter-brained. She forgot to turn in my fmla paper work after charging me $25, then filled it out wrong, rescheduled my surgery twice but forgot to reschedule my pre-op and pre admission, scheduled me late in the day for my pre-op, which caused me to have to go running all over the building because everything was closed that late in the day. I could have been okay with all of it had I received an apology, but not only did I not receive an apology, she also acted as if I had no right to he irritated with her. I’m hoping the pandemic just has her off of her game, and that this is not her normal way of performing her job.

Dr Pollock is always a caring doctor who listens to you. I don’t feel rushed. And, he has figured out things other doctors could not. Even my daughter feels comfortable with him.

Dr. Pollock is a great doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to thoroughly explain things and answer any questions you may have at each appointment. He took great care of me and my daughter during my first pregnancy which resulted in an emergency c-section at 33.5 weeks. I didn’t worry through out the whole process because I knew I was in great hands with Dr. Pollock. I am very thankful he is taking care of me during my second pregnancy and beyond as well. He is highly educated, calm, concerned, professional, and trustworthy. I also think very highly of his nurse Mrs. Patty. In all of the appointments I’ve had she has made me feel welcomed and calm. She always greets you with a smiling face and is great at what she does. I would highly recommend Dr. Pollock and his team.

Dr.Pollock is amazing! I always recommend him whenever I hear someone needing a new OB/Gyn! He puts your needs first and goes the extra mile! I trust him 100% with anything that arises! His nurse Patty is amazing as well! Easy to communicate with and takes time to answer all questions throughly!

One of the few doctors I've seen in 30 years who is as concerned with your problem as you are. He takes the time to listen and answers every question. His nurse and staff are equally prompt in answering questions and everyone is extremely friendly and kind.
