Dr. Jason Phillips, MD

I had robotic prostate surgery with Dr. Phillips in charge and the surgeon and it was the best experience I had ever had in 2018, he’s a great surgeon. The assistant surgeon was also very professional, along with the anesthesiologist.

They couldn't verify my insurance while I was on the phone. I am sure they were putting my information wrong (name, number, and even the insurance provider's name). I insisted on emailing the photo of my insurance card to them so they could contact and validate my coverage (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE). Instead, the receptionist asked me to contact my insurance company and bring the hard copy of the insurance contract with the doctor in person to the office. The most ridiculous thing someone told me.

This is by far the most unprofessional office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called and left five messages to schedule an appointment with Dr. Phillips over a two-week period and never received a call back. Finally, one morning, I called, and someone answered. I asked to schedule an appointment with Dr. Phillips. The appointment was scheduled a month in advance. Twice the office contacted me and changed my appointment time even though I was told when I initially scheduled that I would be the first patient scheduled that day. Five days from my appointment date, the office calls and tries to substitute another doctor. It’s the old “bait and switch” game. In addition, I was told, I could reschedule and wait another month if I wanted to see Dr. Phillips...! Absolutely unprofessional. Dr. Phillips may very well be an excellent doctor but as far as I'm concerned look elsewhere. He can continue to be an elitist at someone else’s health expense. His facility is a complete joke.

I went to the see Dr. Phillips on August 10, 2022, due to blood in my urine. Dr. Phillips was thorough, cared, and ordered a series of tests. However, as a patient, you are forced to work with the doctor's staff. The staff advised me that the imaging facility they use would contact me to schedule an appointment. Weeks had went by with no call from the imaging facility. I called the imaging facility and they advised me that the orders had not been sent. I've been dealing with Dr. Phillips' staff with no luck. As of November 16, 2022, still no results. I have an appointment for imaging for November 18, 2022 and Dr. Phillips staff still has not mitigated the issues. VERY POOR SERVICE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Prior to them Diagnosing me with Prostate Cancer they provided no information on biopsy prep, don't return phone calls. After diagnosis, they don't call, follow up, even when I call them and they say they will get back to me, they do not. Go anywhere but here if you want an office who cares or knows what they are doing.

Dr Phillips is the best Dr anywhere. So kind and so professional. He is outstanding at his profession

Dr. Phillips has seen me safely through several surgeries to keep me safe. We are very grateful for him, his skill and knowledge, his warm and caring demeanor.

Dr. Phillips removed a tumor from my kidney, it was cancer. The care and compassion couldn't have been better. Saw him today with good news, all the cancer was removed and the after care was excellent. I will see no other Doctor but him for my treatment.

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer a couple years ago. Dr. Phillips and his staff were absolutely amazing during my first visit and throughout my surgeries and treatment. Dr Phillips explained every step in detail. English is my second language but Dr Phillips speaks Spanish and was able to communicate in Spanish when I didn’t understand something. He is patient, very caring and I feel well taken care of with him. Also, his staff is welcoming, professional and provide excellent service. I highly recommend Dr Phillips!

Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable, thorough, gives great advice and is a nice guy to boot. Recommended.

Dr. Phillips got me out of one of the most painful conditions I have ever been in. He was considerate and thoughtful and took my feelings into account. He gave me plenty of information and kept me informed going into my procedure and after. His staff were attentive and helpful, and provided an important part of my care. His follow-up plan has me confident I will avoid a recurrence. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Phillips has been treating my elderly father for prostate issues. He is very kind and thorough. He has provided excellent care and has made a big difference in my Dad's quality of life.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Phillips. He is an excellent doctor. He explains things clearly, he takes time with his patients, and he listens. This is really important for the patient!!

Dr. Phillips is an outstanding physician and surgeon,,,he's cared for me for over a year and successfully performed two difficult surgeries for me, I've fully recuperated He is also one of the most caring doctors I've ever known.

I have recently completed a series of treatments by Dr. Phillips, and found him to be a very caring and dedicated physician. He listens to what you tell him, and is always willing to take whatever time necessary to fully explain what he is doing and completely answer your questions and or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone needing the care of a urologist. He is also just a nice guy.
