Dr Patera is an extremely thorough Dr. . He ensures that your input is taken into consideration. I went in for a medication check up and my head rate was extremely high, He immediately ordered an EKG and labs, come to find out my potassium levels were extremely low (which is very dangerous) and I ended up going to the ER. The following day He checked up on me. Because of my many health problems I see many DR's and by far he is the best. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Takes the time to listen to your concerns,health issues.Doesn't get up in the middle of a conversation and walk out on ,because the time that was allowed to talk to me ,was up.meaning i don't have to kick the door in, on the next customer. I don't play games.

I already have recommended Dr. Patera to several people because he is awesome. He listens, is honest with his answers, and always smiles. I appreciate that he is conservative in prescribing medication/antibiotics. I also like that he can joke around and doesn't talk down to me or push my concerns aside. It's pretty amazing that I can message Dr. Patera through ONEchart if I have questions between visits. I wish more medical professionals were as caring and personable as Dr. Patera.
