He does care about patients but NORTH SHORE HEALTH doesn't; they are a large corporation that makes drs see patients every 15 minutes thus the doctors can barely function with each patient effectively. It's a terrible practice and should go out of business if they continue to treat people with no concern for their health and well being but just want to churn appointments through

Always an excellent experience with Dr Kramer! He’s attentive and responsive to me as a patient which shows me he really cares about his patients. I also never feel rush at my appts and therefore I don’t have a problem when he might run a tiny bit late because I know he’s also providing that same care to other patients. He responds quickly to Rx re-order requests as well as pop up health question concerns I may have and I trust his advice as well as any referral recommendations when needed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kramer for over ten years. My adult children also see him now. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer. He takes time with his patients and does not rush his visits. He truly cares about the well being of his patients. He responds very quickly to emails from his patients. I've recommended him to several friends/acquaintances.

Dr. Kramer is a very understanding and super knowledgeable. Love that he has empathy as it is hard to find a doctor who spends quality time with his patients. I never feel rushed and I like that.

On Aug. 23 made an appointment for Sept. 29. On Sept. 10, flare up of foot condition and needed to see my podiatrist. I contacted Kramer's Office for a referral. Called numerous times. No referral sent. The day before my podiatrist appointment, office called stating they would not send referral until I saw Dr. They called me the day of my scheduled (29th) appointment with Kramer and stated he would not see me, but would not issue referral either. Protocol was more important than my health.

Dr. Kramer is very easy to work with. He involves me in my own health management. He responds the messages on North Shore Connect very quickly almost like he's right there. This gives me confidence that I've got a doctor that cares about my well being.
