Very ilresponsible Doctor!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kim, an ENT doctor. My parents scheduled a surgery appointment early in the year, but he canceled it at the last minute without providing any explanation. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and left us feeling frustrated and anxious. Now, instead of taking responsibility, he is simply referring us to another doctor. While my father is not in an emergency condition, it's alarming to think that if he were, we might have faced serious consequences.I cannot recommend Dr. Kim. If you’re looking for reliable and caring medical attention, please consider finding another specialist.

Lack of care and communication
As stated below, the doctor tends to be more on the stern and indifferent side when you are expressing your concerns or feelings regarding your health. The doctor is not receptive to hearing any questions alternative options you may have researched yourself such as inquiring about the use of nasal strips to help with breathing difficulties at night. To put it simply, he is not warm, compassionate, doesn’t show concern for your health. Rather, he follows his routine but based on my visits, this was simply putting a camera into my nasal cavity and informing me that I had a severe deviation and this was earlier confirmed prior with an X-ray by my PCP. His suggestion to help relieve my nasal congestion & breathing difficulties was to use a nasal spray for 3 months then revisit it at a later time. Nasal spray had also been previously used and informed to him. Surgery information and authorization process did not go well. Calls and communication to this doctor and office are a nightmare.

Awful - He does NOT care about patient
Awful. Do not waste your time or money. No bedside manner whatsoever. Very narcissistic —only cares for his own opinion. Went in for pain in ears, neck and throat. Came out with acid reflux diagnosis. Never treated my pain. Called later same day to complain and was told there was a Rx waiting for me at pharmacy for my ears. I was told that progress notes showed I had eczema otitis (by the back office assistant). Doctor never told me I had this. In fact, he looked in my ears once with his light and literally said: “There is nothing wrong with your ears.” I’m still experiencing extreme pain in my throat and the office is ignoring my calls altogether. Won’t answer the phone and when they do, they send me to voice mail. Unprofessional. If I could rate this doctor with a negative number of stars, I would.

Do not recommend him
I took my mom because she has vertigo and literally the amount spent with him was about 3 minutes! All he said was okay no wax, dehydrated, drink more water and stepped out of the room. Worst doctor ever! Then his assistant just comes and hand us a paper without even explaining what’s on it. I do not recommend him for any work. Horrible service.

He will NOT stay with you for even 3 minutes
I visited Dr. Kim recently. He was in such a hurry that he did not even have the patience to wait for me to finish my description of my latest symptom. He quickly stepped out of the patient room in the middle of our conversation and came back to give me a conclusion and let me go! I think he/his office tried to save parking vouchers since his staff was so confident that I do not need a voucher. (Patients will ask for a voucher to cover the parking for over 30 min) Thus, they are in such a hurry to get rid of patients. I did some simple calculations: 8 min for parking and walking to his office, 5-10 min for waiting to be called, and 8 minutes to come back to parking and pay. So literally I only got no more than 3 minutes with him. I understand that he can see more patients at a pace of 3min per person. I have to say he is so good at cost control and creating revenue!

Terrible!
I had an appointment with Dr Kim today at 4pm. When I arrived at his office there was a line at reception, I waited more than 15 minutes in line while the receptionist chatted with a another person in line in some Asian language. When I was finally acknowledged I was told the doctor was not in!!! They were rude and finally offered me an appointment at the end of the month. I was upset that they did not try to call me, as I had to take the afternoon off work. Terrible attitude by the office staff. Lousy place, won’t return.

I took my son to see Dr Kim. Waited forever to get an appt and in the day of the appt he refused to see us because my son is a child. I was practically in tears knowing how long it would take to get another appt. I asked if he could just see him this once then refer us to another Dr. He wouldn’t even see us to tell us himself. The receptionist felt bad and asked the other Dr who was there that day if he could squeeze us in. He did!! Dr Waki is the best. Should have started with him first. Made my son feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I wish every Dr was that patient. Keep your kids away from Dr Kim.

Poor bedside manner. Less than stellar in his explanations and “I don’t know” is a common answer to most of the questions we had for Dr. Kim.

I highly recommend Dr. Kim! After years of suffering from chronic sinus infections, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Kim and found him to be knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly assess my problem. Before Dr. Kim, I was bouncing around doctors who are prescribed allergy pills for me. Now, I can finally sleep through the night and I’m not constantly tired anymore. Thank you Dr. Kim!

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and Dr. Kim removed my thyroid. Before I chose him to do surgery, I met with many other ENTs in the area. I picked Dr. Kim because he was friendly and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. My thyroid removal went as smoothly as I could have hoped. He even came in on the weekend to make sure I was okay. Having cancer is a scary thing but I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Kim as my doctor. I am happy I chose him.

My teenage son's nose was hit and broken while playing in a baseball game. Thankfully, Dr Kim and staff were very professional and friendly. Dr Kim was very detailed on explaining and performing the procedures. Thank you Dr Kim. My son's nose looks even better than before.

I had been to countless amounts of doctors to see what was specifically wrong with me for my sinus pressure and straining of my voice and none of them could give me any hope or answers. I had one doctor sit at a computer and barely examined me and did absolutely nothing for me. I met with Dr. Kim and absolutely loved him! He gave me answers about everything and checked me thoroughly to see what was wrong with me! I recommend him to anyone who has ENT issues or reconstructive issues
