I had to see him Iam a Vet. I needed a biopsy for prostate cancer. Before the procedure he asked if a student could be in the room,I said sure He can watch. As it starts l hear him telling the student how to dye the procedure. He missed on the first two samples so it went from 12 to 14 samples now with each shot hurting worse than the next. When it was over he and the student disappeared before I could get off the table bleeding. I had to walk to the restroom with a rag in my rear and clean myself. Two weeks later at my follow up I said my rectum and testicles hurt, before I finished my sentence he interrupted and told it was not from the procedure. I explained to him that it started when they did the procedure. 3 months later and I still hurt. This quack shouldn't have a licenses. There is a reason he can't keep a job and works at the VA

I've had positive experiences with many doctors in various departments at Mayo, but cannot reccomend Dr. Jameson in their Urology department. I felt like I was more of a bother to him than a patient.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Jameson?
I'm a young male who went to Dr. Jameson for a second opinion regarding prostatitis. He completely ignored my symptoms like fever, chills, hypotension, and tachycardia. He simply attributed these symptoms to anxiety. He told me it was all in my head and I trusted him (didn't know better) and I suffered needlessly for months because of it. Do not see this doctor for prostatitis, or any conditions/series of symptoms that is complex and requires critical thinking

Saw Dr. Jameson at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. Did an expert exam and explained everything in detail. Spent about an hour going over everything with my wife and I. Never felt rushed. I would feel comfortable recommending him to family or friends.
