Dr. Hess listens and delivers! He spent 1.5 hours with me during the free consultation and answers all my questions and concerns, without making me feel rushed. I asked if he can do rapid recovery technique and if he would inject a long acting anesthesia to the area and he said yes. Surgery was 10/29, went trick or treating on the 30th and drove my daughter to school on the 1st. My recovery was so easy! He checked on my from his personal cell two hours after I got home, and always answer my text when I had questions, I don't hear many doctors who does that! He's also a perfectionist and really meticulous at what he's doing. I don't get frankenboobs like many women do when they get augmentation. My breasts look like twin sisters instead of distance cousins, they look symmetrical! When I first discovered him, I thought he was too good to be true. His price is fair, he's compassionate and delivers the result you want. Look no further!

Dr. Hess gave me a new lease on life with his care and remarkable expertise. I had breast reduction surgery to alleviate pain and stress to my spine and shoulders. I woke up symptom free, with my energy back, and a flattering new look. My recovery was untroubled. I am grateful to him and his entire staff for making me feel safe before, during, and after the procedure. Anytime I call the office with a question, I get a prompt, kind response. Thank you Dr. Hess. Five stars are not enough!

Dr. Hess is a gentleman, a skilled surgeon and a caring physician. His staff are very caring and understanding. Dr. Hess and/or his staff have always been available for any questions or concerns that we had. He did face & neck augmentation for my wife and we are very happy with the results. Dr. Hess is very humble and his procedures pricings are very reasonable, not like some “Del Mar” snobbish surgeon/s that charge four times the normal rates. If we need more plastic surgery in the future, we definitely will go to Dr. Hess.

Dr. Hess performed my mommy makeover (tummy tuck, hernia repair and breast augmentation) after having twins. I absolutely love my results!! I had prior consultations with other surgeons but felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Hess. He never pressured me into specific procedures. However, he worked with me to find the perfect size and shape for me. He is truly an artist! Looking forward to buying new clothes to show off my new features! Thank you to Dr Hess, Amy, and his personable staff.
