Cant get appt. Can get through on the phone. Five calls. One Disconnect because I did not say hello with in two seconds. When you finally do get somebody on the line she talks over you, interrupts, and doesn't listen. they give you conflicting information from what your primary care provider says, and they give conflicting information from what the insurance company says. And worst of all two hours on hold listening to their recording saying that their customers should be treated well and respectfully.

Performed a colonoscopy for me. The doctor and his staff were attentive, caring, thorough, and congenial. The doctor took time to offer valuable advice on an unrelated health issue that was much appreciated.
