The Best Physician I Have Ever Had
I am a patient who has suffered from an auto-immune disease for almost 35 years. Dr. Hand has been concerned for me and has helped me tremendously through an exhausting lifetime of issues, including cardiac issues and a season of depression and anxiety likely a result of the disease... He is open and honest with me on controlling my weight, and assisted me through a tough time when needing counseling and medicine therapy. His bedside manners are compassionate and empathetic. He has had an impact on my overall healthcare and motivation to work through the disease.

Dr. Hand treats 9 people in my family. He is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that he has so many patients that it is extremely difficult to see him. That being said, his nurse practitioner is excellent and she takes any concerns to him when needed.

Extremely busy on the down side and it can be a challenge with appointments; I would see him every time if his schedule wasn't so crammed. The up side, extremely good at his profession, takes the time you feel is necessary to work with and listens to your concerns. The office staff and NP are friendly, courteous, and give you the feeling of caring and extremely easy to schedule and see. It's a good medical office.

Dr. Hand is the best doctor I have ever had. In addition to taking very good care of my health, he is proactive in being sure that I get the best care when it is necessary for me to see a specialist. I've been very happy with specialists that he has recommended. He listens closely to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. He answer questions thoroughly and always makes me feel better because he is so positive. It is really easy to talk to him, and I would not go to any other internist.

My Internist retired and I had to choose a new doctor after 25 years and I could not have chosen better than Dr. Hand. He is a progressive doctor and takes care of my health issues on the spot. With Dr. Hand, you come first.
