To all potential transgender patients: STAY AWAY FROM DR HADLEY. I was misgendered repeatedly behind my back, sometimes directly to family members, both by him and his staff. I went to see him for acutane, which they refused to give me even after I completed the online questions on iPledge. They kept insisting that I hadn’t answered them. I called iPledge, who told me that the clinic had not submitted my pregnancy test. When I told the clinic this over the phone, I was treated like I was lying. When the prescription became available to me, I wanted to move it to a cheaper pharmacy. But they refused, saying the prescription window was up, despite the fact that the medication was literally in the pharmacy and the pharmacist had been completely willing to give it to me with no stipulations.

Do NOT go here for a cancer screening
Do not go to Dr Hadley for a cancer screening. He misdiagnosed my lymphoma as benign. Dr Hadley does not take the time to properly screen or run the correct pathology on skin biopsies. I came in because I had a bump on my arm. Dr Hadley removed it for biopsy after sighing and saying “i don’t know what that is,” along with some curses i can’t include or my review will be flagged. Apparently he did not have the pathologist run the correct studies on my tumour. When the results came back Dr hadley assured me it was not cancer. (it is even in my patient notes that he “assured me.”) He even told me if it grew back it was fine. How could he know this if he did not run a test which is considered standard to run? I got a second opinion and the Doctor this time had the correct screenings performed on my tumour. Results came back positive for lymphoma.

Dr. Hadley Visit
Doc Hadley had a friendly & fun, yet professional bedside manner. He was thorough, methodical and direct with his assessment. His follow up phone call was informative and concise with a follow up game plan already in motion to treat his initial diagnosis.

Horrible bedside manner
I’ve seen him for a few different things spread out over the years, and each time after the appt, I ask myself why I went back. He wants to automatically push meds on you, even when you’re declining them. He makes comments saying he and his family have taken them, and they’re fine to take. Do I care if he or his family have taken the meds? No I don’t. And when you decline what he offers you, he gives you an attitude. So did his medical assistant or whatever her title was. She was also extremely rude. I really need to learn my lesson and not go back. He’s rude every time, especially when you push back on his recommendations. Some people don’t always want harsh meds.

If you are looking for a Dermatologist please do not see Jason Hadley! I happened to be one of the few that didn't respond well to Accutane and my doctor spotted it and told me to stop taking it Jason Hadley told me that my doctor did not know what he was talking about. On top of that, he tried to charge me twice for one visit. When I told Ogden clinic they made a mistake it took them over a week to get back. I wasn't paying Jason Hadley to give me a drug I was paying him to make sure I take it safely. You can buy Accutane OTC on different websites, but the benefit of buying it from a "qualified" dermatologist is that they help you take it safely. Jason Hadley will not do any work before giving you Accutane and will just give it to you without giving you a blood test which I thought was required by law. I got a blood test from my doctor and they told me to get off the Accutane. It's unfortunate that we have an unqualified dermatologist that ruins it for the rest of us.

Went for a mole removal from my nose. He took care of it without my waiting around. Then asked, “What else is on your mind?” We talked about some cool noninvasive face rejuvenation procedures that are much less costly than at plastic surgeons’ office I had checked into Very personable and gave me time to discuss my questions. Highly recommend.
