I called-got a same day apt. due to situation I was experiencing. Both Dr Grope and his nurse (sorry I do not remember her name) were outstanding in their professional Given their style, they fostered the feeling of trust with their service!!! They listened respectfully and made sure that they were answering my questions fully. they were outstanding.

I've been with Kaiser for many years and I noticed the level of care having decreased substantially since 2015/16. While in the past I felt that my previous Kaiser Physician spent time to listen and to explain, while always being cautious enough to run any extra tests just to make sure nothing is overlooked. This certainly is no longer the case. To be fair, I am not entirely sure that this new "get you out a quickly as possible" method is Dr. Grope's style, or if this a new Kaiser policy.

This doctor puts his personal views ahead of the views of the health community, and that of his patients. Additionally, he lacks the decency to communicate properly, and in a timely manner.
