This is the best place in Twin Falls Idaho These doctors have very good with great attitudes, they explains your surgery in detail, they listens to your concerns, they are very experienced with the robotic surgery, they have a great staff all with great attitudes they work well with your insurance company, I started with one surgeon up in Boise who I was referred to by St Luke’s and it was a very different story up in Boise, that doctor had a bad attitude. when you need to be operated on for your prostate you want somebody who can make you feel good about the operation and who can make you feel like your concerns are important and yes I had a special request that this doctor in Boise would not respect. Dr. Greenhalgh heard my concerns and respected my opinion. I will refer Dr Jason Greenhalgh’s office to anybody that needs prostrate help. Magic Valley be glad you have this doctor right here in Twin Falls Idaho and yes he uses the robotic equipment for a fast surgery and a fast recovery.

AS A PATIENT OF HIS CLINIC I WAS APPARENTLY SUPPOSE TO SOMEHOW INTERPRET THE RESULTS MYSELF THAT WERE POSTED TO THE ST.LUKES MY CHART SYSTEM. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! HOW CONVENIENT THAT HE WILL BE ABLE TO BLAME THIS INEXCUSABLE PERFORMANCE ON COVID!!!

I think Dr. Greenhalgh and his nurse are exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for his PA. Uncaring, cold, unwilling to help or problem solve for an elderly patient who waited several hours in pain for a simple 5 minute procedure. This patient was very uncomfortable, anxious and it was very sad to witness.

I had more than one issue and Dr. Greenhalgh fully addressed everything, spending more time with me than the appt. was scheduled to take. He was honest about the issue that he is. It qualified to treat and he referred me to an excellent specialist for that.

I have had two episodes with kidney stones. While at St Luke's Dr. Greenhalgh successfully removed them twice. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Greenhalgh does not listen to the patient about symptoms etc.. In addition, he never tried to help me with my symptoms in 3 visits. Only "treating a number". In the end he was proved wrong by expensive tests. When a Dr. dismisses the patient's symptoms and history they can't make an accurate diagnosis. Every time I brought up pertinent information it was quickly dismissed. I'm sorry I ever went to this Dr. as his attitude caused me unnecessary worry for many months. I hope this review is seen by the Dr. so he can see that he needs improvement.

I haven't even been seen yet and I'm unimpressed. My Dr. referred me at the beginning of the month, I called during week 3.....was told dr. would call me back. (I'm in pain daily due to cysts on my right kidney) on a scale of 1-10, a 7-8. It's been 4 days and nothing. I'm wondering if I should go elsewhere....

They rush you through the office like cattle and don't take the time to listen to the patient because there is no way you can be right in your diagnosis. He pushes surgeries on patients and when I tried to ask his nurse questions about a diagnosis I had to find out my self she blew me off and wouldn't answer any question just pushed the surgery. This leaves me frustrated and confused and having to go find another doctor for a second opinion.
