Zero, as in communications skills. Zero, in post op including follow up with other relevant doctors like a rheumatologist or endocrinologist. zero, as in taking responsibility for non optimal surgery results. He will ignore you. He will not refer you on to another subspecialist.

I busted my leg up bad in a motorcycle accident. Dr Gould was absolutely incredible and did a fantastic job. I needed 3 surgeries. He was my savior. Love this guy.

He worked on me today and am very happy. I feel that he was very professional and most important is his surgical skills are great. He removed supporting hardware from my right leg fought with the insurance to get it done right in the hospital, The insurance company wanted to only do the surgery at the ambulatory center and he did not feel that it was the proper place for this. Glad he fought for me and did a great job.

Not particularly engaged in his patients. Waiting time is usually over an hour. He is well-staffed and the only thing he himself does is come in & give a synopsis. So why the long wait? One can only assume it's so he can charge the insurance company for the appearance.
