I came in to Kaiser emergency room lastnight on 3/31 with a dislocated elbow and was treated well by everyone there . I had to be knocked out for the procedure which I had never been before. Dr Epstein and the people around him were so proffessinal and efficient that I couldn't help but be totally confident that everything was going to go fine. They explained everything that they were going to do and I would be on my way in about an hour and you know what it went just like that. My elbow is back were it belongs and feeling much better .Lastnight I couldn't stop saying thank you ( really) I was so appreciative about how they took care of me. So I gotta say it one more more time Doc , Thank you! Sincerely, James C. Shewey
