My appointment was rescheduled by this doctors office twice. When I arrived for my 8:00 am appointment at 8:05 am due to unforeseen traffic issues, I was told that I could either reschedule my appointment AGAIN or Dr. Collins could give me 5 minutes because he “likes to stay on schedule”. While I can understand that, who wants to see a doctor that is only willing to give you 5 minutes of his precious time?!? I definitely needed more time than that for the issues I was having. Needless to say, I found a new doctor and would not recommend this one unless you want to see someone with zero flexibility.

I have been a patient of Dr Jason Collins for over 10 years. He is patient, listens to me. I never feel rushed. At every visit, he asks how things are going - "how are you doing?" He is always on time, which I love. Has a genuine concern about my health. Gives great explanations. Thanks, Dr Collins, for being an awesome doctor and human being !

I've been a patient of Dr. Collins for several years. I'm 59 years old and moved to Tennessee after retirement. I was so lucky to find Dr. Collins when I moved here. He is an awesome doctor!

Possibly the worst doctor I have ever witnessed. Every prescription requires a doctor visit. If you call for a refill it could take a full week before they respond. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK...EVER. They take Fridays off and are unreachable. On visit he does not listen to anything you say and he might spend five minutes in the room with you. If my insurance did not change I would not have had to change doctors....this is who I ended up with. Changing doctors immediately !1

I have been to this office two years and have always thought it was a rush job get you in and out. But they changed the office location so when I went today I called to see where to go into ( at hospital) it made me 3 min late and they told me I could not be seen today. Rediculous.!!! I fasted and took off work to come and now they can't see me. The worst health care ever!!

My experience with Collins and his nursing staff can best be described as medical indifference. My condition was serious, leading to a hospitalization, which was initiated by me, not Collins. I continually got the runaround, "stay on course" which obviously was not working. If you need cold Meds, this may be the guy for you. If you have something that is not "cookie cutter" medicine, stay away. I would give this practice a FFF. Jg

I’d like to introduce you to my doctor Dr. Jason Collins he’s about 35-40 and a really nice. A lot of doctors just want to run you through cause the more they see the more money they make. Well he operates a little different he is genuinely concerned about his clients I would go so far as to call him a cool Dr. !!

Saw Dr. Collins for my annual routine physical on 4/5/16. As I have a BCBS of TN, I do not need to pay any fee including the OV copay of $20 for that. The front desk lady confirmed that when I left. Several weeks later, I got a bill of $20 for the visit. I waited for a few weeks then called and talked to one of the ladies. She said: don't worry, this was our fault I will get this fixed. Several weeks later, I got a bill of $20 from a debt collector. How retarded this place! Will never go back!
