Dr. Jason Baker, DDS

This office is the worst! The front desk is rude and uncaring. They never answer the phone and always have to call you back. I was up to date on my cleanings and needed some work on cracks and a chipped tooth. I had an appointment scheduled for the work to be done but unfortunatelyI had to cancel because I was not feeling well. When I tried to reschedule they told me I had to wait for 3 months! I have some pain in one tooth and they said if someone cancels I may get an apt. That is not ok! I should be seen now! When you have pain someone needs to see you. I think this was a punishment and I’m not sure Dr Baker even knows how bad the front desk is. Communication is as important as the treatment. So even though Dr. Baker may be a great dentist if you can’t talk to him or get an appointment then it’s not good care.

I've been a patient at Dr Baker's office since I've lived here. I recently called because I broke a tooth, and was told that he could not see me because I was a new patient and they aren't taking Delta dental patients. I explained that I was a regular customer but they said I'm no longer regular because I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in the last year. However, the primary reason he didn't want to see me is because he's trying to get rid of his Delta dental patients. I think with a broken tooth and since I am a longtime patient the least he could have done with see me. Very disappointed in his office staff and in his approach to abandoning long time patience because he doesn't think the insurance covers enough. I am a disabled veteran and Delta dental is one of the few insurance offered to military retirees. Delta dental customers need to know that he apparently not interested in your business.

Totally screwed up my wife’s teeth; she had to go to an endodontist to get root canals to fix the problems that he created which cost us several thousand $$$

I went in for an emergency visit. It was my first experience with Dr. Baker and his staff. They were very professional and Dr. Baker was amazing. Honest and upfront.......I highly recommend.

The entire staff at the office is extremely professional and very sweet. They seem to sincerely care about my comfort. The office is very clean and beautiful. I felt like I was at a house on the beach. The T.V's in the treatment rooms are a great distraction.

A wonderful Doctor and Staff! His work is awesome. His staff is very pleasant and skilled. I would recommend Dr. Baker to anyone. If you want the best, he is it! Thank You Dr. Baker and staff!!!!!!!!
