Dr. Wagner and staff have gone above and beyond to address my concerns. Very kind and proficient human beings.

Dr. Wagner was either sleeping through the lectures in medical school about the importance of listening to patients or was home doing something else. He insisted, before receiving any disgnostic information, that my cure was through injections, despite the fact that I had already had injections which were totally ineffective. He charged me for services not rendered, he wanted me to lock up the meds I have been taking for 20 years from my husband, never followed through on the results of his injections, and when asked for a referral never gave one. He felt totally comfortable having me wait in a cold room for an hour, and then charge me for it. He is arrogant, thoughtless, and apparently did not remember me visit to visit. In short, Dr. Wagner was a total waste of my time and money, and I would recommend him to no one.

I was a patient from 12/2020-5/2021. Dr. Wagner, NEVER took notes on my visits. He suggested a steroid injection and filed paperwork for it. It was denied and he said that I needed to have PT. I was confused because I'd already had PT. A few days later, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the denial was due to Dr. Wagner not filling out a questionnaire. When I asked him about it, he said he had ASSUMED that's what it was because usually that's why it's denied?! Then, it was denied again for the wording on the request. This went on for several months. On all my visits, he would ask "Where's your pain again?" On my last visit he said that maybe we need to try a steroid injection and handed me a pamphlet? I decided to go back to my PCP and she has referred me to a Physiatrist & Osteopath. I was able to get a nerve test also. All authorizations were done the same day. Dr. Wagner kept blaming my insurance. Thanks to competent care, I'm finally getting pain relief.
