He seems very knowledgable. My problem was with the staff. They were supposed to call me about some upcoming tests. I got a couple of calls but I was not able to answer them. They left messages but I called back and left my message a number of times. Not once did anyone call me back. The one time I was able to talk to someone it was obvious that she did not. know what she was talking about. I finally called the 4th time and stayed on the line until I did get a human. She immediately put me on hold for a few more minutes. Then I was able to talk to someone that seemed to know about what was going on. My test order was lost at Providence so we have to start all over again.

Excellent service, thanks!
It's never fun to have a Colonoscopy, however the Oregon Clinic made it the best experience possible. Very personalized, with lots of help and support. Dr. Shipley and all of the nurses and support staff were excellent. It was so much better than the high-volume Clinics that try to push as many patients through as possible. Very efficient and comfortable process. Thanks Oregon Clinic!

It was an after hospitalization visit. Was doing well after steroids then I started getting out of breath easy and oxygen levels were hard to maintain. so he put me on antibiotic. I have only been taking for a week now. I hope this will help me have more energy and and start to feel better

I had an appointment through my iPad. He was very nice and after my appointment I was advised a biopsy would be performed. After three weeks I contacted his office and was told it would be a while because they were heavily booked. I haven’t heard from his office since. It has been several weeks now.

He very kindly fitted me in on short notice on a Fri afternoon . He took a lot of time going over my history and informing me what he thought my problem was and about a procedure I needed to have done very soon. He was very kind & easy to talk to & understand. I really liked him & appreciated his time & concerns. He followed up with a phone call with test results. His office staff was also very kind & helpful.
