So dissatisfied
I had a non invasive tummy tuck, breast augmentation in dec 2023 in his surgery suite. 200cc implant was not we decided on. I wanted 330cc and woke up with 200cc. It didn't do anything for me. He did do a great job on lipo lumpiness but he was not honest with me. He told me that lipo and Renuvion to my abd, flanks, inner thighs would give me great results. It did not, I sagged worse than prior to surgery. Just had a tummy tuck and revision breast with another surgeon and I couldn't be happier with results. He is nice but nice doesnt account for bad results. I had revision with him in April 2023 with no improvement. So 16k down the drain.

Find Better Surgeon and Office Staff
I had a procedure, that was not done correctly, and no person there mentioned or offered to do anything about it. When I mentioned it, they looked at me like I was an idiot or it was my fault! Finally, I went to another surgeon in Northern Kentucky to have it corrected (and I had to pay again). The general atmosphere in the office is not friendly.

I saw Dr. Nimtz for facial fat grafting. He did an outstanding job. It is difficult to find a surgeon that will do this procedure. Most surgeons prefer the repeat revenue that comes from injectables. Dr. Nimtz is a gifted surgeon!

My results are so natural looking. People are telling me "gosh you just look so good" not knowing why. I still look like myself, but a much BETTER version. I did consultations with other doctors before Dr. Nimtz and I was not confident with their understanding of what I wanted. It was more about what these other doctors wanted - and they wanted to sell me more procedures! They would do things like say you've also got problems here and here and here, trying to make me feel insecure so I'd get mor

I was charged for correction surgery and made to feel like a bad guy for even pointing out the obvious poor job that he did. Very uncomfortable place and experience for me.

I had an injury and it took some time to heal. Dr. Nimtz was excellent. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and he was there daily. I trust him and would highly recommend him.
