Dr. Jared Jaffe, DO

I have been seeing Dr Jaffe for about 10 years. He controlled my blood pressure better than any other doctors I've seen. I visit him regularly and results are good.

Dr. Jaffe made my quality of life better through his knowledge, experience, empathy and caring. He is open to progressive medicine and approach but will not sugar coat anything. He has really become more than just a specialist, he's there for me no matte what happens. Excellent front desk staff (Mary - Thank you for being a sunshine every time I call or come in. Linda & Danielle (Nurses) know their stuff, address my prescriptions efficiently and always caring.

His treatment put my mother in severe pain and caused her to die much sooner than she normally would have.

Dr. Jaffe is a gem! He was my daughter's doctor, and virtually saved her life. I have been his patient for over 10 years, and find him compassionate , easy to talk to and an excellent clinician.

Dr. Jaffe cared for my father over the course of several months. He is an excellent physician with a compassionate and empathetic bedside manner. He took the time to always explain what he was doing and why. He made himself available to family. I highly recommend him and thank him for his great care.

I am a physician myself and Although I had to wait weeks for an appointment, it was well worth it. Dr Jaffe knows his stuff. He is well schooled in his profession and has one of the best bedside manners I seen in years. We spoke about another issue I was having and in the middle of our conversation, he called another doctor’s office and got an appointment for me immediately. He’s a true caring person. I have no hesitation in referring Dr Jaffe to anyone of my patients

Dr Jared Jaffe is one of the best and he has a excellent staff to go with it. His bedside manner,kindness and ability to listen is out of this world. He reviews your chart even before you get in the door which free him to focus on you and not take away from the importance of listening. His medical diagnosis is right on and he has the humility to acknowledge if he is unsure but will not take away from him in treatment. He wil not be sending you to other specialists unless he feels deep down it is necessary and he makes sure that the referring dr is more than capable although some of them might lack the bedside manner that he has.

I cannot believe that there are some bad reviews about Dr. Jaffe and his staff!! Besides being most competent, he is an absolutely pleasure to deal with. I have had no problems whatsoever with his staff, who are very helpful, so much so that each year I take them some 'goodies' for Xmas, just to say thanks. Tracy always passes on messages, Dr. Jaffe personally calls back with answers, Donna has never been anything but courteous and I guess it 'takes two to tango'?

One visit so far...and I couldn't have been more impressed or satisfied. I had provided nothing in advance, but he walked into the examining room with more than 1" of papers that he had retrieved from hospital and other portals. When I commented about how well he seemed to know my history and issues, he said he'd seen that I was a complicated case and had spent an hour reviewing the documents. He cared about the interaction of my medications and made helpful adjustments. Let's see how I do.

Dr Jaffe came highly recommended to me, however his office manager Donna made it extremely difficult to get an appointment that my doctor from another state literally had to call and intervene and insist that enough was enough and to let me see the doctor. Jaffe decided that my kidney disease was cured and stopped my medication but he never bothered to have my labs rechecked and I ended up in kidney failure due to his negligence. His nurse Nancy is even worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Stay away from this practice. Dr. Jaffe is completely incompetent. I won’t go into details but I would have loved to sue him for malpractice. As worse as him is his nurse Tracy Who thinks she’s a doctor and is a miserable human being. And finally Donna the office manager is the most unpleasant human being I have ever dealt with. you would do better to find any other doctor.

Really dissappointed. Because I was in the process of relocating outside Florida I was left without seeking a referral and pretty much left on my own to figure this out. The doctor in my new state was appalled that there was not an attempt to find a referral. In my new state they jumped through hoops immediately to get me in with a specialist with terrific care. I would never retire in florida.

Dr. Jaffee is an excellent physician that I would highly recommend to any diabetic patient.
