Injection therapy follow up
Dr Bieniek was well prepared and had reviewed my recent medical issues prior to the appointment. We had a positive discussion and explained his recommendation, which I readily agreed with. A follow up visit is scheduled in four months to discuss my progression.

Highly Recommend
Dr. Bieniek is a phenomenal doctor that takes the time to speak to his patients. Most importantly, he explains everything and always answers your questions. I had a procedure with him recently, and I have had significant relief since. His staff are also very attentive and friendly. I look forward to my future appointments with him.

Jared is probably the best doctor I have ever encountered. Thorough. Gives you whatever time is needed. Answers every question until you are satisfied that you understand his answer. Also, Tallwood men's health is the absolute best! Always on-time with no BS, no rushing. Thank you!

Dr Bieniek performed the TURP procedure on me with outstanding results, changed my life for the better, best bedside manner ever experienced, easy to talk to, highly recommend

Great Visit
I found Doctor B to be a outstanding doctor. Listens well explains everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable and I feel he is caring like Doctors were years ago. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see this type of Doctors specialty. Great experience and will use him if I need his expertise.

Exceptional Urologist
Dr. Bieniek is an extremely compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I was treated by Dr. Bieniek for testicular cancer and would highly recommend him. He made me comfortable during the entire process and resulted in a positive experience.

It took a couple of months to see Dr. B. it was worth the wait, he explains things so you can understand. After my 1st visit I can see why he is booked so far out and is in high demand. I am very happy I made this choice.

I went to see Dr Bieniek with an issue i was having 2 years ago. The issue resurfaced and is worse and likely requires surgery. I called for an appointment and got a borderline rude call center woman that said the earliest the Doctor could see me is December (4 months) even though I am an established patient. I asked about other Hartford area locations and the woman said she might have something a month or two earlier in Stamford or Plainfield. I said that is no where near Hartford and she didn't understand (overseas appointment center?) How is this a world class health care system? Oh, I also explained my issue as i though i was talking to the Dr's office and she let me go into details before she told me she just does scheduling for any Dr in the Hartford Hospital pool of Doctors that her phone is attached to. Wow! Final note, i thing the Doctor is very good, but he is supported by an organization that is not concerned about connecting and supporting patients.

Dr. Bieniek is very smart medically, no question. However, he lacks basic communication skills and is extremely blunt and vague. He fails to articulate the reasons things are being done the way they are. Additionally, it is impossible to get in contact with him. I've waited two weeks before hearing from him and I'm a recently diagnosed cancer patient with occasional questions/concerns. Lastly, I have had three...THREE...appointments rescheduled on the offices behalf due to the lack of communication I metntioned prior. Overall very frustrating experience and I if it wasn't for the urgency of the situation I would have 100% went with a difference doctor.

Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Patiently answers questions. Explains pros and cons of every treatment option but never dictates or pressures. And I enjoy his sense of humor. My quality of life has significantly improved since I've been under his care. A true professional.
